What are credits?
Credits are how Clippo measures AI processing. Each time you use an AI-powered feature — like Magic clips, Sparkle audio enhancement, or auto-captions — it costs credits. Free accounts get 5 credits per month. Creator gets 30, and Pro gets 100. Credits reset monthly.
What's the difference between Magic and Director?
Magic is fully automatic: upload a long recording and Clippo's AI picks the best moments and creates clips for you. Director gives you control: you set in/out points, choose segments, and Clippo handles the editing, transitions, and formatting. Magic is great for quick social clips; Director is for intentional, crafted edits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period. Your projects and exports stay in your account.
What audio formats does Clippo support?
Clippo accepts virtually any audio and video format as input. For export, Free users get MP3, Creator gets WAV, and Pro/Enterprise get FLAC. All tiers can export video with enhanced audio baked in.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your recordings and projects are private by default. We don't use your content to train AI models. Enterprise plans include additional security features like SSO and audit logs.
